Ethanol and ENA Warehouse Supervisor

The Role

We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage storage, handling, and dispatch of ethanol and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of ENA and Ethanol stocks.
• Maintain accurate excise records and daily stock registers for government compliance.
• Coordinate tanker loading operations, ensuring correct dip readings and density checks.
• Monitor storage tank levels and temperatures to prevent evaporation or leakage losses.
• Verify all shipping documents, including invoices, e-way bills, and transport permits.
• Manage warehouse staff and loaders to ensure efficient and timely dispatch schedules.
• Enforce strict and fire safety protocols within the high-hazard zone.
• Liaise with excise officials for physical verification and sealing of tankers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to match production with dispatch.

Qualifications

Must have

• 12TH TO ANY GRADUATE
• 3+ years experience
